We consider all submissions thoughtfully and make best efforts to respond to all queries. If we are interested in your project, we will get back to you within twelve weeks, and we welcome follow-up emails if you have not heard from us after that time.

Please only query one project at a time unless otherwise requested. If we request material, please send it along as a Word document or PDF attachment. Please only submit to a single agent at one time. If an agent has passed on your material, you are then welcome to send to another agent.

At this time, we only accept electronic queries sent to an agent’s query manager as detailed below for each agent. We do not accept paper queries or queries by phone.

Whitney Ross: Closed to submissions. Whitney is looking for MG, YA, and adult fiction across all genres, with an emphasis on historical, SF & fantasy, romance, and contemporary fiction. Pam Gruber: Closed to submissions. Pam is looking for MG, YA, and adult fiction in all genres, with a focus on grounded fantasy, speculative fiction, fantastical realism, contemporary fiction, and rom-com.
